Workstate is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery while promoting high-quality standards in the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery while promoting high-quality standards in our software development life cycle

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in program management, specifically in technical environments
• Proven experience in managing software development projects from inception to delivery
• Large program experience involving multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise communication for diverse stakeholder groups
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in risk management and conflict resolution
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A background in software development or engineering is preferred
• Software engineering background
• Quality Assurance background
