Growth Associate

Wynd Labs is a growth-stage startup focused on making public web data accessible for AI. The Growth Associate will help identify and execute strategies to drive user acquisition and scale the network through creative initiatives and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing growth opportunities across user acquisition, retention, and engagement channels
• Developing, executing, and iterating on growth experiments to optimize performance and scale Grass
• Helping design and launching ambassador programs to expand reach and engage new audiences through grassroots initiatives
• Building relationships with influencers, creators, and niche communities to amplify brand visibility and drive adoption
• Coordinating influencer campaigns, including outreach, content planning, and performance analysis
• Tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure success and inform decisions
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform growth strategies
