Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find, fix and verify exploitable attack vectors. The Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager will evangelize and market the NodeZero Offensive Security Platform, leveraging cybersecurity expertise to craft compelling messaging and content while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Own product-level positioning and messaging that equips anyone who tells the NodeZero story—whether in conversation or content—to break through with clear, differentiated value and technical credibility
- In-depth Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the landscape to understand competitor positioning, specific capabilities and feature sets, and market traction. Use this information to equip Sales and Marketing to differentiate and win. Share intel with product development teams as input into potential improvements or new features
- Technical Content Creation: Build written, video, webinar, and demo content that speaks to practitioners in their language, highlighting the breadth of domain-specific use cases across NodeZero platform capabilities. Work with the Marketing and Sales team to distribute content across campaigns
- Sales Enablement: Partner closely with the Sales Enablement leader to accelerate the sales team’s ability to confidently and effectively sell the NodeZero platform. Build technical product and positioning training and the supporting resources to scale sellers’ expertise, from discovery and objection handling to decks and customer-facing collateral
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead launch positioning and planning and create core content to bring new products and features to market, quarterbacking cross-functionally to execute across digital, PR, AR, events, and Sales. Collaborate to ensure a successful product launch and ongoing promotion
- Product Lifecycle Management: Be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life. Work closely with product management teams to influence product roadmaps and drive adoption across the product's life. This includes customer communications for feature/pricing/packaging changes
- Reporting: Quantify the success of content campaigns, product launches, collateral, and sales decks. Regularly review analytics with key internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology or business related field
- 5-10 years experience delivering Product Marketing value such as market research, competitive intelligence, positioning, GTM strategy, and content
- 5-10 years of experience effectively working with multiple functional areas such as Sales, Product Management, UX/UI Design, Customer Success, or Marketing
- 2+ years of hands-on cyber security experience (e.g., solution engineering or as a practitioner)
- Proven ability to tell compelling stories that resonate and differentiate
- An analytical acumen complemented by the dexterity to distill data into actionable strategies
- Proficiency with contemporary marketing tools and technologies
- Customer and business intelligence: (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Tableau)
- Content creation (e.g., Slide design, lightweight video editing, Wordpress)
- Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company
