Banyan Point is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Account Management who will oversee the operation and revenue growth management of key clients. The role focuses on developing client relationships, enhancing renewals, and driving upsells to maximize customer lifetime value and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a company-wide tiered management model for major clients (Strategic / Key / Core Accounts)
- Develop annual client growth strategies and resource allocation plans
- Clarify client business objectives and growth paths
- Improve client renewal rates and contract amounts
- Drive upsell and cross-sell
- Manage multi-year framework agreements
- Optimize pricing and discount policy implementation
- Build a network of relationships with client C-level executives
- Organize quarterly business review meetings (QBR)
- Lead major contract negotiations
- Handle escalating client risks and major complaints
- Lead a national or global account manager team
- Establish an Account Manager competency model
- Develop performance evaluation and incentive systems
- Cultivate high-potential client management talent
- Collaborate with the sales development team to complete the handover
- Work with the customer success team to improve satisfaction
- Collaborate with the product team to drive customized solutions
- Manage collections and payment terms with the finance department
- Analyze customer revenue structure and profit margins

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 20+ years of B2B sales or customer management experience
- 10+ years of team management experience
