Best2ndIncome™ provides individuals and small businesses with access to attorney consultations and identity protection through a membership program. The Sales Development Advisor will identify and connect with potential customers, generate leads, and provide exceptional customer service to meet clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential customers to share the benefits of Best2ndIncome™ membership services
- Generate leads, conduct outreach, and build relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet clients’ needs
- Guide individuals through the onboarding process and support them with product knowledge and training as necessary
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse client bases
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience, with a focus on resolving client concerns and providing exceptional support
- Sales acumen, including the ability to generate leads, present services effectively, and close memberships
- Willingness to participate in training programs and adapt to ongoing guidance
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in training, mentorship, or coaching is advantageous but not required
- Familiarity with membership-based or subscription services is a plus
