They are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience
- Processing various account transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Promoting and explaining bank products and services to meet customer needs and enhance their financial wellbeing
- Assisting customers in opening new accounts, including checking, savings, and other banking products
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and referring customers to appropriate banking specialists when necessary
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all customer and bank information
- Participating in ongoing training and development activities to stay current with banking regulations and product offerings
