Product Design Intern

Brixenta is an HR consultancy firm that is seeking a Product Design Intern to join their team. The role involves collaborating with engineering, PM, and marketing partners to create user-centered designs that have a visible impact on products and users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or greater in Business, Economics, Sales or Communication
• Portfolio of work to be submitted and reviewed
• Ability to walk through the discovery, solutioning, and iteration behind a past project
• Knowledge of at least one user experience design tool: Figma, Sketch, or XD (we use Figma)
• Self-starter who is creative, results-driven, human-centric, accurate and pays attention to details
• Experience working collaboratively on designs, demonstrating an ego-less approach to iteration
