Head of Product Design

Jagger is partnering with a high-growth consumer Crypto/Fintech platform to hire a Head of Product Design. This senior design leadership role involves setting the bar for craft, evolving design systems, and shaping the end-to-end consumer experience across mobile and web.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end design across core product areas - from discovery to polished execution
• Partnership with Product & Engineering to define problems, align on success metrics, and ship high-quality experiences
• Evolution of scalable design systems and interaction patterns
• Raising the design bar across the organization through mentorship and standards
• Embedding customer insight - qualitative and quantitative - into product decisions

Requirements:

• 8+ years shipping consumer digital products
• Deep mobile and web UX experience
• Strong systems thinking and component-based design expertise
• Ability to zoom out to product strategy and zoom in to pixel-level craft
• Experience mentoring designers and influencing cross-functional teams
• Interest in digital assets, fintech, or the future of financial infrastructure
