About this role
Bluecrest Partners is a global climate technologies company focused on sustainability through HVACR technologies. They are seeking a Business Analyst Innovation Intern to conduct industry research, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and manage innovation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Industry Research and Analysis: Establish market data to inform strategies to improve our customer’s experience through new technology development. This may include both “desk research” and “field research
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the strategy and business case for how Copeland should bring new technology to market
- Program Management: Understand best practices of managing a creative / innovation process. Depending on capability and capacity, take ownership of a Discovery project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or greater in Actuarial, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Human Resources
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Anticipated Graduation of May 2027
