Perelel is the first OBGYN-founded vitamin brand on a mission to transform women's reproductive health. The Customer Relationship Management Coordinator will be responsible for executing email campaigns, collaborating with brand and content teams, and optimizing performance through testing and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end execution of one-time email campaigns, including brief writing, building in Klaviyo, segmentation, testing, scheduling, and sending
- Partner closely with the brand team to bring seasonal moments, launches, storytelling, and partnerships to life in email
- Work with the content and copy team to share email insights that help shape blog topics and broader content strategy
- Plan and execute A/B tests across subject lines, creative, CTAs, copy, and landing page experiences to continuously improve engagement and results
- Manage timelines and deliverables across all campaign sends, owning the QA process across devices, links, dynamic content, and deliverability to ensure every email is polished and on-brand
- Maintain campaign trackers, creative assets, and calendars to keep teams aligned
- Support weekly and monthly campaign and flow reporting in partnership with the CRM Associate Director
- Track performance over time, surface key takeaways, and flag opportunities for optimization
- Support initiatives that drive referrals and product reviews by brainstorming and testing customer-first ideas that make sharing feedback and spreading the word feel easy and rewarding
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Email, CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing, ideally at a DTC or wellness brand
- Comfortable working in Klaviyo
- Highly organized with strong project management and QA skills
- Data-curious and eager to test, learn, and optimize
- A collaborative, proactive teammate who works well cross-functionally and takes ownership of their work
