Almora Botanica is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Associate to lead day-to-day management of our brand’s organic presence. This part-time role blends content creation, strategic planning, and community engagement, working closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals, launches, and community engagement effort
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, partnerships, and social activations that strengthen brand equity
- Track platform trends and identify relevant opportunities to boost Almora Botanica’s social presence
- Write elevated, engaging copy for social media that reflect the brand’s voice
- Support design and marketing teams in creating campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive revenue generation
- Capture lo-fi content when needed for storytelling moments that feel authentic yet polished
- Maintain consistency across copy, visuals, and tone to ensure brand coherence across all touchpoints
- Oversee daily posting on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring content goes live accurately and on schedule
- Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and mentions; respond thoughtfully and on-brand to cultivate genuine engagement
- Identify opportunities to strengthen loyalty through conversation, support, and brand storytelling in community spaces
- Monitor core metrics (reach, engagement rate, saves, and follower growth) to inform creative decisions
- Share weekly insights with the marketing team, suggesting actionable improvements
- Stay updated on best practices and content trends within the premium beauty and wellness space
- Help identify and reach out to micro-influencers or long-term brand fans for collaboration or gifting
- Assist in sourcing and curating user-generated content (photos, videos, testimonials) for reposting, while ensuring proper permissions and credits
- Track influencer deliverables and compile performance data from campaigns
- Maintain an organized UGC and influencer content library for ongoing use
- Support in ideating UGC-led campaigns that build community participation
Requirements:
- Bachelors' Degree
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital content (internships included)
- Excellent written communication and a meticulous eye for tone, typography, and aesthetics
- Strong understanding of elevated 'quiet luxury' visual language
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts; basic familiarity with analytics tools
- Ability to execute independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience in premium beauty and wellness industry
- Basic photo or video editing (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite)
- Comfortable in front of and behind the camera
- Familiarity with social insights dashboards (Meta, Later etc.)
