Ragan Communications is hiring a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive revenue, event registrations and qualified leads for one of the most trusted brands serving communications, marketing and HR professionals. This role involves owning full-funnel B2B campaigns and embedding AI into campaign strategy and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-funnel B2B campaigns across email, paid/organic social, programmatic and web
- Drive measurable pipeline, MQL and revenue impact
- Embed AI into segmentation, targeting, testing and performance optimization
- Use AI tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and others) to refine creative, scoring and conversion paths
- Continuously test, analyze and improve results
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with revenue ownership
- Hands-on execution across channels
- Proven use of AI to improve targeting, testing and performance
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort owning metrics
