Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Data Protection Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of feature development and productization. The role involves monitoring project progress, communicating status to stakeholders, and ensuring proper completion of tasks while maintaining an on-site presence in Redmond.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery lifecycle for feature development and productization
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule
- Clearly communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate regular feature evaluation sessions to gather feedback and promote feature familiarity
- Ensure tasks and projects are properly completed and progress is thoroughly documented
- Oversee vendor services and equipment procurement, and support other operational projects as needed
- Maintain an on-site presence five days a week at the Redmond facilities
Requirements:
- Strong experience in project management within research or product development settings
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and demonstrate proactive initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate across functions with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- PMP or similar professional certification, or equivalent experience
