They are seeking a YouTube Video Media Specialist to enhance their YouTube channel's performance through review-driven content and creator partnerships, focusing on sales conversion and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of YouTube review video strategies that align with brand and sales goals
- Plan and optimize media placement for review-focused YouTube videos to ensure they reach the target audience effectively
- Ensure videos are structured with strong hooks, clear value propositions, and conversion-driven calls-to-action (CTAs)
- Collaborate with creators and video editors to ensure that review content aligns with LEVEL8 brand positioning
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and thumbnails for better discoverability and higher click-through rates (CTR)
- Analyze video performance metrics (views, watch time, retention, clicks, conversions) and provide actionable optimization recommendations
- Track how review videos contribute to website traffic, brand search lift, and sales conversions
- Support A/B testing of different content formats, talking points, and creative angles to improve ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure video messaging aligns with product launches and promotional periods, maximizing conversion potential
- Track and report on performance metrics for YouTube review campaigns, preparing summaries and insights to support quarterly and annual goals
- Identify trends and best practices from top-performing YouTube review content and share these insights to improve campaign performance
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in YouTube media placement, video marketing, or creator-led review content
- Strong understanding of how YouTube review videos function as a sales and conversion channel
- Experience working with creators, editors, or media teams to produce content that drives measurable results
- Familiarity with YouTube Analytics, performance metrics, and optimization tactics
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on performance goals
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external creators
- Experience in consumer goods, travel, luggage, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or creator partnerships
- Understanding of U.S. e-commerce and content-to-conversion funnels
