About this role
KCI Technologies, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned engineering, consulting and construction firm serving clients throughout the United States. They are seeking full-time Engineers-in-Training for their Rotational Engineering Program, which offers recent graduates exposure to various functional roles and assignments to develop into well-rounded leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge of KCI services and the engineering consulting industry
- Identify a career path that aligns with their interests
- Acquire hands-on experience in both field and office environments
- Learn to design and prepare construction drawings for civil, transportation, mechanical, water/wastewater, and utility projects
- Get an overview of opportunities within KCI, including civil, road and bridge design, industrial, commercial, utilities, and public sector work
- Collaborate with a diverse group of talented leaders
- Build relationships across the company
- Align their skills and interests with various engineering disciplines
Requirements:
- General knowledge of Microstation, AutoCAD, or Revit
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- EIT or ability to obtain within 1 year
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 0-2 year's experience
- Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment
- Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon
- Appropriate professional certification preferred
