SoTalent is seeking a highly driven Integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead targeted, multi-channel marketing initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue for their IT services portfolio. The role involves planning and executing personalized engagement strategies across priority accounts while collaborating closely with Sales and marketing partners.
Responsibilities:
- Build and implement targeted 1:1 and scalable 1:Few ABM programs customized to key accounts and buying committees
- Partner with Sales, SDRs, and Customer teams to design coordinated account plans and unified go-to-market efforts
- Execute multi-channel initiatives—email, paid media, social engagement, events, and personalized content—to influence pipeline and revenue goals
- Use platforms such as Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Marketo to monitor engagement, refine strategies, and deliver campaign insights
- Create customized materials such as account-specific assets, videos, and personalized messaging frameworks
- Guide field teams on ABM tactics, follow-up best practices, and effective use of campaign resources
Requirements:
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience within the IT services sector, with at least 3 years focused specifically on ABM
- Proficiency in Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn advertising, and Salesforce
- Demonstrated history of producing measurable, high-impact marketing outcomes in a fast-moving environment
- Strong skills in project leadership, analytics, collaboration, and communication
- Ability to travel occasionally based on business needs
