About this role
DATAMETRICS SOFTWARE SYSTEMS INC. is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, and/or Experience Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
- Implement and enhance Salesforce features including workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Support deployments, release management, and production issue resolution
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, business analysts, and QA teams
- Follow best practices for Salesforce security, performance, and data integrity
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning Framework, and SOQL
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX
- Exposure to Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Omni-Channel
