Global Overview is a company that has been building businesses on Amazon for over 15 years. They are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented creative project manager to support their Creative Studio team, ensuring successful delivery of creative projects by managing resources, timelines, and communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects, ensuring that communication is clear and concise between internal teams and clients
- Understand project requirements and objectives, developing detailed plans to ensure successful execution and delivery
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including but not limited to scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks/issues, and quality
- Proactively identify potential risks/issues and recommend solutions to mitigate or avoid them altogether
- Effectively communicate project updates and status to all relevant parties on a regular basis
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the creative process, providing guidance and support to team members as needed
- Partner with the Creative Producer to ensure work is on track with all touch points
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the team, encouraging creativity and innovation
- Work closely with other departments, such as Customer Marketing & Sales and Business Development, to ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with negotiated contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project documentation
- Develop post-mortem reports for completed projects, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with team members as appropriate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years professional experience in project management, agency account management, or similar role
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and project management software such as Basecamp or Asana
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
