TAJ Technologies, Inc. is seeking a contractor Program Manager to drive planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives supporting Acquisition Marketing measurement. This role focuses on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) while coordinating work across marketing, analytics, and business partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program/project management for MMM and MTA initiatives, from intake and scoping through delivery, adoption, and stabilization
- Build and manage integrated delivery plans across workstreams (e.g., marketing stakeholders, analytics, data engineering, vendors/partners), including milestones, dependencies, and critical path
- Establish and run governance: working sessions, status cadence, steering updates, decision logging, and action tracking
- Own RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies); drive mitigation plans and escalate proactively with options/recommendations
- Partner with acquisition marketing and analytics leaders and channel owners to align on objectives, timelines, inputs, and outputs (model requirements, refresh cycles, reporting needs)
- Coordinate data-input readiness (timelines, owners, validation checkpoints) and ensure handoffs are clear between business and technical teams
- Manage scope and change control; ensure impacts to timeline, resourcing, and deliverables are documented and communicated
- Deliver concise, executive-ready status reporting: progress vs. plan, blockers, decisions needed, and next steps
- Support rollout and adoption planning (communications, training/readouts, operating model updates) to ensure MMM/MTA outputs are used in decisioning
- Drive continuous improvement: retrospectives/lessons learned and adjustments to process, cadence, and artifacts
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on program/project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage integrated plans, run governance, and drive accountability across workstreams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including facilitation and executive-level status reporting
- Proven capability to identify risks early, manage dependencies, and resolve ambiguity in fast-moving environments
- Experience managing projects with significant data collection, data quality validation, and data transformation, including coordinating inputs from multiple owners/teams
- Proficiency with common delivery tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
