Technical Project Manager- CMS Rollout

Curate Partners is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead an enterprise CMS/LMS rollout powered by Docebo. This role involves managing the implementation process, overseeing vendor coordination, and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Docebo (or comparable LMS/CMS platforms)
• Manage vendors and system integrators
• Oversee configuration: roles, workflows, permissions, content migration
• Drive integrations with HRIS, CRM, identity management, and reporting tools
• Manage phased rollout (pilot, UAT, training, global deployment)
• Mitigate key risks, especially data migration and workflow accuracy
• Partner closely with architects, engineers, and system admins
• Translate technical constraints into clear business decisions
• Lead stakeholder engagement and adoption strategy

Requirements:

• 7–12+ years of technical project management experience
• Experience implementing Docebo (preferred) OR Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Adobe Experience Manager
• Strong enterprise SaaS implementation background
• Experience managing integrations and complex dependencies
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com
• Detail-oriented, strong vendor coordination, and comfortable managing multiple content stakeholders
