Insurance Customer Service Specialist - Bilingual

Farmers Insurance Group is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their fast-growing office. In this fully remote role, you will handle phone inquiries, process payments, assist with claims, maintain client relationships, and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and claims
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow-ups
• Schedule appointments and support sales efforts
• Maintain strong client relationships and retention
• Present insurance options based on client needs

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• P&C licensed in Arizona OR California
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service: 1 year
• Property & Casualty License
