The CRM Business Analyst Tester will ensure the quality and reliability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions by designing and executing functional testing activities, collaborating with various teams, and managing defect tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Test design and preparation
- Review user stories and functional design documentation to understand business and system requirements
- Design clear, comprehensive test scenarios and test cases using Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with Test Leads and functional team members to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements
- Execute functional test scripts during sprint and regression testing cycles
- Log defects clearly and accurately in Azure DevOps
- Participate in defect triage sessions with functional and technical teams
- Retest resolved defects and validate fixes
- Maintain test execution status and defect tracking in Azure DevOps
- Support test reporting and provide visibility into test progress and quality risks
Requirements:
- Foundational experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (certification preferred)
- Understanding of the QA / testing lifecycle within agile or iterative delivery models
- Experience or exposure to Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand business requirements
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience testing Customer Engagement modules such as Sales or Customer Service
- Experience working with cross‑functional delivery teams
- Exposure to CRM implementations in a consulting environment
