Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Position Overview:
The Senior Manager is a transformational security leader responsible for evolving and modernizing enterprise Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) capabilities. This role moves beyond operational execution to drive threat-informed strategy, exposure intelligence integration, and AI-enabled optimization of remediation and risk reduction programs.
The role leads the transformation of traditional vulnerability management into a continuous, intelligence-driven exposure management capability, embedding CTEM principles and automation at scale across hybrid enterprise environments.
This leader partners with executive stakeholders, security architecture, threat intelligence, and engineering teams to align TVM strategy with evolving threat landscapes, embed threat-informed prioritization into enterprise decision-making, drive automation and AI-enabled remediation optimization, and operationalize scalable, measurable exposure reduction.
The Senior Manager serves as a strategic advisor to security and technology leadership, ensuring TVM programs evolve from reactive patch cycles to predictive, intelligence-driven risk reduction engines.
