About this role
Call Quest Solution is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise initiative focused on migrating over 100+ systems into an AWS Data Lake environment. This role will provide strong technical leadership while designing and delivering AI-driven and data engineering solutions that enable scalable data ingestion, automation, and business transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Generative AI and AI/ML solutions from proof of concept through production deployment
- Provide technical leadership in defining architecture and migration frameworks for AWS data lake initiatives
- Develop scalable ingestion and automation solutions supporting large, complex datasets
- Perform prompt engineering and optimization for Generative AI applications
- Integrate AI capabilities using cloud APIs and services
- Collaborate with Data, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify automation and efficiency opportunities
- Establish best practices for AI development, governance, and deployment
- Help define migration roadmaps and prioritize high-impact systems
- Monitor AI solution performance and business impact metrics
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong exposure to Generative AI solutions
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, NLP, or deep learning frameworks
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience building production-grade AI applications and APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
- Experience supporting AWS data lake or large-scale data migration initiatives
- Familiarity with AWS Glue, ETL frameworks, and large data ingestion patterns
- Experience with automation, agentic AI, or AI-driven workflows
- Exposure to enterprise data governance and scalable architecture practices
