Senior Product Designer

SSi People is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance a key internal developer platform for improved usability. This role involves leading a redesign effort, conducting user research, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to create an intuitive user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end redesign of a complex internal developer tool
• Lead cross-functional workshops and design sprints to drive clarity and alignment
• Conduct user interviews, discovery sessions, and usability testing
• Define clear information architecture and interaction patterns
• Develop wireframes and rapid prototypes (Figma expertise required)
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to validate technical feasibility
• Evolve the platform to support both technical and non-technical users

Requirements:

• Significant experience designing for developers or highly technical audiences
• Strong rapid prototyping skills and hands-on experience in Figma
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and align cross-functional teams
• Expertise in user research and usability testing methodologies
• Deep understanding of information architecture and complex systems
• Experience leading 0–1 product design initiatives
