Applied AI / ML Engineer

Elios Talent is a high-growth technology organization focused on embedding AI into core product experiences. They are seeking an Applied AI / ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems that enhance conversion, personalization, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems that optimize conversion, personalization, automation, and operational efficiency
• Work closely with product and engineering teams across modern web architecture to integrate machine learning into live production systems
• Produce production-grade ML systems integrated into live product environments
• Create AI-driven personalization, recommendation, and optimization engines
• Develop LLM-powered automation workflows and AI agents
• Build data pipelines and model evaluation frameworks
• Establish experimentation systems to measure model performance and business impact
• Create scalable infrastructure within AWS environments

Requirements:

• 5+ years in ML Engineering, Applied AI, or related roles
• Strong production experience deploying models, not just training them
• Experience working in ecommerce or adjacent digital commerce sectors
• Fluency in modern AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases)
• Strong backend engineering experience (Node.js, TypeScript preferred)
• Experience deploying systems in AWS environments
• Comfort collaborating with front-end teams working in React / Next.js
