Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. The Customer Service Operations Specialist will support leadership with daily operations of the Customer Service unit, focusing on associate development and acting as a liaison between Customer Service and Revenue Cycle teams.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training for new hires and existing Customer Service staff
- Identify training needs, conduct assessments, and design, maintain, and deliver curricula aligned with departmental functions
- Provide structured onboarding support by monitoring calls and evaluating quality outcomes
- Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure skill adoption and compliance
- Partner with the Ensemble training team to align with company-wide training standards
- Provide operational floor support to ensure adherence to processes and procedures
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle operations
- Communicate performance trends and insights to cross-functional teams to improve outcomes
- Support a diverse client portfolio, requiring expertise across 20+ clients
- Advise on IT systems and data-driven operational improvements
- Support Operations leadership with client and system implementations and go-lives
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Minimum Years and Type of Experience: 1-3 years
- SMART certification
