Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. They are seeking a Customer Service Operations Specialist to support daily operations of the Customer Service unit, focusing on associate development and acting as a liaison between Customer Service and Revenue Cycle teams.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training for new hires and existing Customer Service staff
- Identify training needs, conduct assessments, and design, maintain, and deliver curricula aligned with departmental functions
- Provide structured onboarding support by monitoring calls and evaluating quality outcomes
- Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure skill adoption and compliance
- Partner with the Ensemble training team to align with company-wide training standards
- Provide operational floor support to ensure adherence to processes and procedures
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle operations
- Communicate performance trends and insights to cross-functional teams to improve outcomes
- Support a diverse client portfolio, requiring expertise across 20+ clients
- Advise on IT systems and data-driven operational improvements
- Support Operations leadership with client and system implementations and go-lives
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Minimum Years and Type of Experience: 1-3 years
- SMART certification
