Lincoln Healthcare is a specialized staffing and recruiting firm partnering with healthcare organizations nationwide. They are seeking experienced Business Development Representatives to drive admissions and expand referral networks across Florida in the behavioral health and addiction treatment sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, detox centers, therapists, social workers, case managers, and community partners
- Drive admissions to a residential detox and addiction treatment facility in North Florida
- Execute territory-based business development strategies to meet and exceed census and admissions goals
- Educate referral sources on levels of care, treatment programming, and admissions criteria
- Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and professional meetings
- Track outreach activity, referral trends, and pipeline data using CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care
- Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- 2+ years of business development, outreach, or admissions experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare
- Strong understanding of detox, residential treatment, and levels of care
- Proven ability to build long-term referral relationships and consistently drive admissions
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within assigned Florida territory
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Passion for helping individuals and families access behavioral health and substance use treatment
