Requirements
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles within high-growth, operationally complex environments.
Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered tools (conversation intelligence, workflow automation, analytics, or internal AI agents)
Strong track record of leading large, cross-functional projects that involve systems, data, and process change
Highly data-literate — comfortable using data to diagnose problems, evaluate impact, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Naturally bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that big ideas translate into practical, rep-ready workflows.
Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity, create alignment, and move teams toward action.
