TalentPop App is seeking a French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. In this role, you will provide excellent support to French-speaking customers, troubleshoot issues, document interactions, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating effectively with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support: Deliver prompt and friendly service in French and English, handling a variety of customer questions and issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve: Use your problem-solving skills to calmly find effective solutions for customers
- Document interactions: Maintain accurate records of all customer communications to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to improvement: Share customer feedback and insights to help us enhance our processes and products
- Collaborate effectively: Work as a key member of our remote team, staying aligned on goals and priorities
Requirements:
- Complete fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce, tech support, or a contact center
- You are a patient, detail-oriented person with a genuine desire to help others
- You can work independently and communicate clearly with a remote team
- A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher
- A stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload and download speeds
- A quiet, professional workspace for calls
- Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify
