The Business Systems Analyst role focuses on creating and delivering high-quality system solutions, consulting with users to define business processes and providing technical support for system development.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews and collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and system specifications
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and are implemented accurately
- Respond to user requests promptly and provide support for system-related issues
- Assist in designing workflows and processes that improve efficiency
- Use technical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Familiarity with Agile development and software lifecycle
- Knowledge of or familiarity with Agile processes and methodologies
- Solid understanding of technical systems and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and interpret technical information for business use
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple tasks
