Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, you will partner with senior leaders to drive informed decision-making and ensure alignment with financial strategies, managing capital planning and financial modeling processes.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, act as a reliable finance partner to senior leaders and provide cross-functional support to other team members
• Capital Planning: Own the end-to-end capital investment and spend forecasting process for assigned functions
• Consolidation: Own the end-to-end business unit financials consolidation ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare high-quality presentation materials for executive reviews, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making
• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain dynamic models, forecasts, and budgets that inform strategic decisions and optimize performance
• Insight Generation: Analyze variances, identify trends, and deliver clear variance reasons to support budget alignment and to improve profitability
• Compliance & Governance: Review and approve spend requisitions, reconcile accounts, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and corporate policies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Sales, HR, and other teams to align financial objectives and enable seamless operations
• Executive Reporting: Create compelling reports and presentations ensuring clarity and strategic relevance
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
