Staff Product Manager-FP&A

Yum! Brands is seeking a talented and driven Staff Product Manager to join their team, focusing on the product strategy for Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS. The role involves collaborating with FP&A teams to deliver enhancements and optimize planning processes, ensuring the product meets business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product roadmap for planning and analysis solutions
• Partner with FP&A teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Manage backlog and prioritize features to maximize business value
• Champion agile and scrum practices across technical and business teams
• Track KPIs and drive continuous optimization of planning processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
• Deep understanding of FP&A processes and planning systems
• Experience with financial systems and working closely with FP&A teams
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS or similar tools
• Strong leadership and product management skills in agile settings
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives
• Experience in enterprise-scale planning transformations
• Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred
