Personal Lines Product Manager

Farmers Insurance is a company known for its commitment to making a difference in people's lives. They are seeking a Personal Lines Product Manager responsible for managing and enhancing personal lines product performance by leveraging insights, conducting analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes internal and external data to fully understand profit, production, competitive position and market trends to develop strategies to drive profitable growth
• Responsible for profits/losses in assigned product/territory
• Develops long- and short-term plans for their assigned product/territory with State Executives
• Leverage market research to identify growth opportunities withing the assigned product/territory
• Takes leadership role in special projects as assigned by State Manager
• Work with underwriting team to adjust appetite to improve performance, profitability, and agent experience
• Collaborate with internal partners in Underwriting, Analytics, Actuarial, IT, and Claims to understand profitability, market opportunities and potential system changes
• Trains and develops product analysts
• Coordinates state and home office legislative and regulatory affairs providing input on key bills and regulation

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 6+ years experience in similar role or one year in an Product Management
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, specifically in a mathematical or statistical field
