Position Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Columbia, MD
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Onsite)
Wage: $22.21 per hour

Securitas is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a high-end client site in Columbia, MD. This position oversees a program totaling approximately 336 hours per week (HPW) and is responsible for daily operational excellence, officer leadership, and client partnership.
The Site Supervisor will provide direct supervision of Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensure post order compliance, maintain coverage, and deliver a high standard of service consistent with Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
This role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers assigned to the site.
- Ensure all post orders, patrols, and reporting requirements are consistently followed.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and discipline when appropriate.
- Conduct inspections of posts and ensure operational readiness.
- Assist with hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
Operations Management
- Oversee scheduling and ensure adequate coverage across 336 HPW.
- Assist with payroll submission and personnel documentation.
- Prepare and submit required operational and incident reports.
- Maintain accurate logs and ensure quality documentation standards.
- Step in and perform Security Officer duties as needed.
Client Relations
- Serve as primary on-site liaison with client representatives.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and compliance with contract requirements.
- Address and resolve operational or service concerns promptly and professionally.
Safety & Compliance
- Participate in emergency response situations.
- Monitor cameras, access control systems, and perform patrol duties.
- Ensure officers meet licensing and certification requirements.
- Maintain CPR/AED certification (Securitas will provide certification if needed).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years of security experience required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- CPR/AED certification required (or ability to obtain through Securitas).
- Strong understanding of security operations, procedures, and access control systems.
- Ability to manage schedules and maintain staffing consistency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Must meet all state and local licensing requirements.
- Must pass background investigation and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior law enforcement or military experience strongly preferred.
- Experience overseeing high-profile or high-end client environments.
- Familiarity with access control and video monitoring systems.
