The Director, Global SIOP for the Energy Business Unit will be responsible for driving global operational excellence through the strategic deployment of SIOP principles and practices. This role leads the integration of SIOP into the company’s long-range strategic planning to enable best-in-class performance across the value chain.
Collaborating closely with regional and functional SIOP leaders, this position ensures alignment and execution of a unified supply chain strategy that balances demand, supply, and inventory. The role fosters a culture of cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to enhance visibility, agility, and responsiveness across global operations.
Additionally, this role champions the development of a performance-driven mindset, empowering teams to challenge assumptions, streamline planning processes, and deliver sustainable improvements in service, cost, inventory, and operational reliability.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $162,000 - 242,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
