Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with reliability and quality test data or manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization using SQL, JMP, Python, or similar.
- Experience performing root cause failure analysis or process improvements in a data center, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience working in computing hardware quality, product engineering, test engineering, or electronic hardware systems issue resolution.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- 3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing, or product engineering in cloud hardware technology or electronic hardware systems.
- Experience with advanced statistical or statistics based methodologies (e.g., design of experiments, statistical process controls, six sigma etc.).
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams using a practical and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication.
Experience working with reliability and quality test data or manufacturing execution systems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, some of which will be complex and large-sized, lead cross-team initiatives, and identify/implement process improvements for the larger organization.
- Initiate, drive, and implement innovative product, process, tools development, improvement projects separately and in a cross-functional environment.
- Gather and analyze manufacturing/field data within the data center environment to extract actionable insights and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Review, edit, improve, and create technical documentation (deployment guides, population documents, repairs guides) based on data, investigations, technician feedback, and quality fundamentals.
- Travel up to 20% of the time as needed.
