Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a dedicated development team
- Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining close relationships with users
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture
- Solving complex problems with innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems
Requirements
Requirements-
- At least 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
- Strong business and product understanding
- Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture and infrastructure in large-scale environments
- Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS production environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Java Spring – Advantage
- Experience with Backend Development.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in utilizing GenAI practices in the SDLC – advantage.
