The General Manager directs, coordinates, and implements the activities of their venue. Must maintain the company's assets, ensure quality customer service and safety compliance, and incorporate company HR guidelines.

Compensation: The annual salary range listed for this position is $65,000-$85,000 USD. If hired, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
401k Information: You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
