We are looking for individuals to serve as a Summer Deck Supervisor! As a Summer Deck Supervisor, you develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime!

What is needed to be our Summer Deck Supervisor:

• 1+ years of experience as a swim instructor in a recognized swim lesson program
• 21+ years of age
• Lifeguard certification preferred
• Aquatic Instructor certification preferred

 

The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Summer Deck Supervisor:

• Ensures quality, safety, and swimmer engagement throughout camp and member swim
• Maintains and updates swim band rosters and camp private lesson rosters
• Provides feedback to participants and makes recommendations for appropriate class levels
• Ensures campers receive appropriate swim bands and help camp staff transition campers for after camp private lessons
• Builds strong relationships with participants and parents
• Enforces all pool and facility rules with respect to pool and locker room safety, and member conduct
• Provide leadership to lifeguard staff
