Position Summary
Deloitte Services LP includes internal support areas such as Marketing and Communications, Human Resources/Talent, Information Technology, Facilities Management, and Financial Support Services.
What You’ll Do
As part of the Office Operations Team, the One Team Associate provides daily office and facility services to a varied group of professionals in a large corporate office environment. This role requires a customer-centric, proactive, positive, and detail-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced team-oriented support model.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate experience and working knowledge of relevant business center systems, productivity tools, tracking solutions, and office equipment used to support mail and production services
- Support mail/business center operations, including:
- Digitally processing daily incoming mail
- Receiving, logging and tracking courier and messenger deliveries and packages
- Preparing, processing and dispatching outgoing U.S. mail, including certified mail
- Fulfilling small in-house copy/print/binding requests
- Engaging external reprographics entity for larger copy/print/binding and other production requests
- Updating statuses and closing out service requests
- Executing special shipping projects for senior level professionals
- Communicating with internal professionals at all levels
- Arranging messenger requests
- Shipping pouch mail locally and nationally on a daily and weekly basis
- Ensures working knowledge of department service offerings, office space, key office daily meetings and events, leadership and key groups, local amenities, building, and Deloitte protocols and procedures.
- Fosters and builds positive relationships with team and customers, displays critical thinking skills, and communicates effectively and proactively, as needed.
- Maintains and enforces standard office security procedures and security badging accessibly including performing any related duties (as assigned).
- Cross-train in other department service areas to provide backup support as needed.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as required or as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
Required:
- High-school diploma
- 1 year of related hospitality or office support experience preferably in a corporate, hospitality, service-oriented, or customer-centric environment
- Ability to work occasional overtime
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
An Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and TEAMS
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional maturity and ability to interact with all levels of professionals
- Professional agility and ability to handle multiple priorities with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Ability to operate package tracking software, handheld scanners, label printers, and postage mailing machines
- Preferred knowledge of CapturePro, PitneyTrak, ServiceNow, postage machine and binding equipment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Jersey City, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York state, Washington State and Washington D.C., and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $41,100 - $68,600.
