Make an impact as an Associate Analyst, Analytics & Metrics:   

 The Network Services team is dedicated to optimizing the Mastercard network to accelerate sales activities, enhance customer value, and drive scalable impact across the North America region. We partner closely with product, sales, finance, and strategy teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen our pricing and commercialization models, and activate network‑launched initiatives that support Mastercard’s services business.


As a Launcher in the Network Services team you will support the development, optimization, and execution of initiatives for the North American services business. You will also contribute to select strategic projects across the region, working hands-on with data, pricing models, internal stakeholders, and cross functional partners.


The Launcher will support modeling of pricing structures and evaluate the potential business impacts and participate in process of developing new initiatives with stakeholders. The Launcher will also assist in conducting targeted analysis to evaluate opportunities for growth, efficiency, or improved network performance.

All About You
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated graduate program graduating Spring 2026    

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT)   

Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking   

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data insight into clear presentations

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment 

Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Power BI, etc) is a plus

Compensation: $39.56/hr

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
