Product Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Insights and Measurement

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 1 year of experience leading stakeholder teams cross-functionally such as engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, etc.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience taking technical consumer software products from conception to launch.
• 2 years of experience in software development or product engineering.
• Experience in data science, data analysis, and utilizing data to influence executive stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

As a Product Manager on the Google Ads Measurement team, you will be responsible for the foundational technologies that allow advertisers to understand the true impact of their marketing spend. Your mission is to build and optimize durable, customer-centric, privacy enabled measurement solutions.

You will focus on the measurement life-cycle, ensuring that when a user interacts with an ad and eventually takes an action (like a purchase or a lead submission), that data is captured accurately and securely. You will bridge the gap between complex data signals and actionable business insights, making high-level attribution and reporting accessible to advertisers of all sizes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of specific sub-features within the measurement roadmap.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable guides for advertisers and internal sales teams.
• Monitor product health metrics using SQL and internal dashboards to identify where users are succeeding or failing.
• Coordinate with UX designers to simplify the setup flow and work with the engineering team to ensure high-quality code deployments.
