Drive Commercial Sales
- Sell new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans
- Build and manage a commercial book of business
- Prospect local businesses and fleet accounts
- Generate repeat and referral sales
Process & Discipline
- <15-minute internet lead response
- 100% CRM follow-up compliance
- Structured appointment setting
- Seamless F&I and delivery coordination
Business Development
- Outside sales calls and networking
- Local business outreach
- Fleet account development
- Custom orders and upfit coordination
Performance Expectations
- 8–15+ units monthly (retail + fleet mix)
- Strong gross per unit performance
- 90%+ CSI/NPS

What It Takes
- Automotive sales experience preferred (Sprinter/fleet a plus)
- OR strong B2B/outside sales background
- High activity level and structured follow-up habits
- Professional presence aligned with Mercedes-Benz standards
- Ability to explain technical specs clearly and confidently
- Self-starter mindset — you create opportunity
