About our Analytics Craft
The Analytics Craft transforms data into actionable insight that informs brand, marketing, and business decisions. Analysts work across datasets, platforms, and measurement frameworks to evaluate performance and uncover opportunities. The team partners with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Client teams to support data-driven planning and optimization. Work spans performance reporting, advanced modeling, dashboard development, and marketing effectiveness analysis.
The Associate Marketing Analyst Intern supports our Analytics craft by analyzing marketing and business performance data to generate clear, actionable insights. This role focuses on structured analysis, data validation, and insight development across pharmaceutical and healthcare brands. The position offers hands-on experience working with real-world datasets in a regulated industry. Success is measured by analytical accuracy, clarity of insights, and ability to communicate findings in structured formats.
