Food & Beverage Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to work at Crystalbrook Kingsley! Emphasis will be placed on assisting the Manager in maintaining established service standards, presentation, supervision and control of the food & beverage items to attain highest levels of guest satisfaction.

• You will bring high energy and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests and customers.
• Strong knowledge of current food & beverage trends.
• Ability to oversee restaurant, bar and events service and assist with floor duties when needed, ensuring smooth operations across all areas.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of food and beverage attendants to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a luxury hotel environment.
• In-depth knowledge of food & beverage and; have the ability to recommend menu combinations and upsell alternatives.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed and perform efficiently in high-pressure situations.
