We’re seeking a Learning Experience Coordinator to join our team in navigating learning systems, data, and processes to support our mission and strategic priorities.
- 6-month contract
- Full-time hours (38 hours per week)

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Learning Experience Manager, you’ll provide high-quality coordination and administrative support across learning and development activities, including:
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user access, course allocations, approvals, reporting and course library maintenance
- Ensure accurate, timely monthly LMS reports are provided to key stakeholders
- Maintain learning content and resources across internet and intranet sites
- Support the preparation and delivery of professional development days, conferences and tailored learning activities, including communications, reminders and participant support
- Assist with the coordination of C&K courses and live learning sessions
- Respond to Learning Experience enquiries in a timely manner, providing clear information and resolution options
- Support C&K centres, affiliates and teams with compliance training and professional development queries
What you’ll bring:
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused mindset. You’ll also have:
- Experience in a similar coordination or administration role within a medium to large organisation
- Experience using a Learning Management System (highly regarded)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Demonstrated reporting and data analysis skills, with the ability to present information clearly and meaningfully
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A collaborative, flexible and resilient approach, with a willingness to support the wider Learning Experience team
