Global Finance Manager

1. Manage global financial operations for the company including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
2. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
3. Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.  
4. Oversee the operations and development of the company’s revenue departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
5. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
6. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
7. ​Effectively manage US, Canada and India accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in Quickbooks & Zoho Books
