The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated hospitality professional to join our Food & Beverage leadership team. This role will be appointed as either:
F&B Team Leader (Ronnie’s Restaurant), and
Banquet Supervisor

As part of our F&B leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, leading service teams, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences — whether in our restaurant or across our banquet and event spaces.
Key responsibilities
Lead and supervise the F&B team during service
Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant or banquet operations
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
Oversee event execution from setup to pack down (banquet operations)
Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and safety compliance
Support team training, coaching, and performance development
Assist with rostering and operational planning
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service
About You
Previous supervisory or team leader experience in restaurant and/or banquet operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
